Cumpulsory DNA Collection: A Fourth Amendment Analysis

Despite relying on different legal standards, courts have generally upheld laws authorizing law enforcement?s compulsory collection of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) as reasonable under the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
