The National Commission for Women was set up as statutory body in January 1992 under the National Commission for Women Act, 1990 ( Act No. 20 of 1990 of Govt.of India ) to :
* review the Constitutional and Legal safeguards for women ;
* recommend remedial legislative measures ;
* facilitate redressal of grievances and
* advise the Government on all policy matters affecting women.
In keeping with its mandate, the Commission initiated various steps to improve the status of women and worked for their economic empowerment during the year under report. The Commission completed its visits to all the States/UTs except Lakshdweep and prepared Gender Profiles to assess the status of women and their empowerment. It received a large number of complaints and acted suo-moto in several cases to provide speedy justice. It took up the issue of child marriage, sponsored legal awareness programmes, Parivarik Mahila Lok Adalats and reviewed laws such as Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, PNDT Act 1994, Indian Penal Code 1860 and the National Commission for Women Act, 1990 to make them more stringent and effective. It organized workshops/consultations, constituted expert committees on economic empowerment of women, conducted workshops/seminars for gender awareness and took up publicity campaign against female foeticide, violence against women, etc. in order to generate awareness in the society against these social evils.

Today in our country all the women laws are being misuse, now a days large number of girls and their family misuse the 498a, DV, Maintenance and child custody laws. they feel that boys family a money making machine or a ATM card and they keep trying to earn large amount from the boys family. lakhs of innocent families in our country are not aware about this kind of laws. this is the activity of our feminist laws maker and national women commission in our country who are collecting and earning huge money from foreign countries and in the name of women protection law and child protection. in this our country lawyer, judges and other politician also involve. they want to make their political career and vote bank but in other way they are ruin the society and our families. few families are keep misuse the laws and making money from number of time marriages and immediate after filing the false cases. now govt bring another law irretrievable breakdown of marriage in divorce. this will be again going to misuse by our society criminals. this law bring in Hindu marriage act because few politician and high society people need divorce for their family member immediate. From the day one when the law made 498a, DV, maintenance, divorce and child custody laws only misuse and harass the citizen. change this laws fight and start protesting against this laws and make the NCW activity stop soon for our next generation. They are not doing any kind of improvement to women of the society, just breaking the families.
1. Stop the activity of national women commission (Biggest criminal organization of our country), close them soon.
2. Changes in laws 498a, DV, maintenance, divorce and child custody so that no one can misuse and not use this for breaking the innocent families.
3. Kids should not suffer.
4. Provision for given compliant about the judges, lawyer and police who are help the people to file false cases and misuse them.
5. If any citizen give a complaint against them immediate action should be taken.
